The hotel is conveniently located near Atami train station, but unfortunately, renting a car from Toyota is the only easy way to get around since the hotel is far away from most everything else. the rooms have a nice view, but are lacking modern touches in interior design. the breakfast buffet is decent, but could use more variety in continental choices.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance and cleanliness, especially in the onsen facilities, which can be disappointing seeking a relaxing experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The highlight for me was the one-time access to the Fuua Ocean Spa, where I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the infinity-pool style onsen. The hotel's own onsen was also a great experience. I even got a small discount for the Atami Ropeway, which allowed me to enjoy some stunning views. Another highlight was the delicious continental breakfast, with plenty of options to suit different dietary needs.
I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Fantastic ocean view, clean spacious rooms, complimentary access to Fuua Ocean Spa and hotel's onsen, discounted Atami Ropeway, enjoyable continental breakfast.

Close to major attractions and city center. Affordable rates. the room was adequately spacious, clean, and had a great view.

We had a romantic getaway at a Japanese hotel with an incredible sea view. The traditional tatami mat room was very spacious with a pleasant smell of new tatami mat. The onsen was a superb delight and had both modern amenities and an outdoor facility. The location of the hotel was exceptional, just a walk away from the train station. We also appreciated the free shuttle bus service. We can’t wait to revisit the experience again.
The hotel is situated in a rather quiet distant area with no nearby local activities. Even though the hotel had a lot of services, it felt like we were at a busy group tourist spot.
